The National Consumer Commission has cleared a travel agency of charges or deficiency in service levied against it by a man, who had taken the services of the agency for his foreign trip, and pulled him up for making unnecessary complaint.
The order was passed on a plea of the Delhi – based travel agency ‘Holiday Representation’ which was directed to pay rs 50,000 by Delhi Consumer Commission as compensation to Sudhir Saran Bhatnagar for the alleged “inconvenience “caused to him and his family in Australia.
