Bookings domestic airline tickets now for travel till Friday can lead to big savings for passengers .While Jet started the scheme where people could book till Thursday for travel till Friday at a whopping 50% discount to get back passengers after its pilot strike got over, other airlines have also started similar offers.
Now, Air India has also offered reduced fares on select flights till Thursday and travel has to be completed by Friday. Discounted fares, cheaper by 20% to 46%.will are available on sectors like metros routes and some others. Air India will charge an all-inclusive fare of Rs 2,729 on eight flights from Mumbai to Delhi and seven flights from Delhi and seven flights from Delhi to Mumbai till September 17.Some low cost carriers and Kingfisher are also offering special fares on select routes.

On two flights each on Dehlhi-Banglore and Bangalore –Delhi routes, AI will charge Rs 3,229.The fare on three flights from Delhi to Chennai and two flights from Chennai to Delhi would be Rs 3,079.On two flights from Kolkata to Mumbai, the all-inclusive fare would be Rs 3,529 for the period. The bookings under the offer would continue till September 17, according to the airline.
