Based on these locations and cuisine, the concept of destination dinning will be developed at these four cities.
Speaking exclusively with Hospitality Biz, Deepak Ohri, Chief Executive Officer, lebua Hotels & Resorts said, “Indian consumers travel far and beyond and like to spend money on experience. We want to explore that market and bring those potential clients to our properties in Bangkok and New Zealand. The return rate of customers at our hotels and resorts is 65 per cent. When we started our operations a year and half ago, we had a record of four per cent of Indian clientele, which has now increased to nine per cent. However, we would like to increase this percentage to 15. To achieve the target, we have tied up with three top travel companies for B2B sales. We would work with the travel agents and create special packages for the Indian market. We also plan to set up a call centre in Delhi soon.”
Presently, lebua Hotels & Resorts operates Tower Club at lebua and lebua at State Tower in Bangkok and Lake Okareka Lodge by lebua at New Zealand and destination dinning The Dome by lebua at Bangkok.
