Chinese National Tourist Office (CNTO) in collaboration with Chinese Eastern Airlines, the official carrier of the Shanghai World Exposition 2010, organized a FAM trip on the sidelines of the ongoing World Exposition.
A group of travel agents accompanied by China Eastern Airlines officials were taken to China to showcase not only a world class city like Shanghai for the expo.
The Shanghai World Expo 2010 is a unique World event featuring cultural diversity, interdisciplinary communications and meaningful interactions between countries.
More than 177 countries participating, India also promotes the cultural heritage and the history through its ‘India pavilion’. The six month exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to companies worldwide to exhibit their products to international buyers present. Specialized products from different regions are made available on sale in a Shopping Arcade designated to the pavilion.
Only 1500 kms from Kolkata, Kunming, a capital of Yunnan province, is an upcoming and an affordable destination.
