Kasauli - a very interesting place. In the night one can see Chandigarh from here. One can also have nice treks to Sanawar and to Monkey Point.1,927 metres above sea level, is the first hill station one sees as one approaches Shimla hills. Easily recognisable by a huge television tower, it runs along the first high ridge of the Himalayan foothills.
